Common questions
Each question has an answer. Tap or click a question to open it; select it again to close.
No. It is a focused electrical readiness assessment, not a whole-home inspection, municipal approval or engineering certification.
We review the accessible system and planned loads. A formal load calculation or detailed design review can be recommended and scoped separately when needed.
The report identifies priorities. Specific installation or repair work can be priced in a separate proposal once its scope is confirmed.
For tripping, partial power loss, buzzing or another active fault, start with a service call so the issue can be diagnosed first.
Request your Power-Ready visit
Tell us what you want your property to support. No equipment details yet? That’s fine—we can help you work through the options.
Your equipment wish list, any model information you have, and safe access to the panel area. Photos of closed equipment and visible labels can help; never remove a cover for a photo.
This is a planning visit. For an active fault, request troubleshooting or call Francisco.
