Your power, our priority
I’m Francisco Paulino, a Massachusetts licensed journeyman electrician based in New Bedford. I founded FPE in 2023 and bring more than 10 years of electrical experience to residential and commercial work across the South Coast.
My work includes troubleshooting, service upgrades, lighting, renovations, EV charging, generators and connected-home systems. I complete more than 100 service calls each year and stay directly involved in the work and customer communication.
Every property has a different electrical history. A good first step is to understand the problem or goal, look at the existing system, and explain the options in plain language. Whether it is one outlet or a larger project, you should know the scope before work begins.

How we work
Tell us what you need, where the property is and what you have noticed. Photos help when available.
We consider the existing panel, wiring, equipment and the work you want to accomplish.
We discuss the approach and next steps before putting the work on the calendar.
What to expect
For service calls, we ask what changed, investigate the cause and explain what we find before discussing next steps. For planned work, we look at the existing electrical system and how the space will be used.
That approach matters whether you own a New Bedford home, manage a Fall River retail space or are planning smarter lighting and controls for a growing business.
Our core values
We do it safely, correctly, and to code. No shortcut is worth putting a customer, employee, or property at risk.
We take pride in clean, professional workmanship. If our name is on it, we stand behind it.
We take responsibility from the first conversation through the finished job. Problems get solved—not passed along.
Electrical work is evolving. We embrace smarter technology, automation, energy management, EVs, backup power, and new solutions that prepare our customers for what’s next.
We communicate clearly, respect people’s homes and businesses, price honestly, and do what we say we’re going to do.
