FRANCISCO PAULINOChandelier lifts · New construction · Lift replacement
FPE specializes in chandelier lift installations for new construction and replacement of older, outdated lift systems. We work with builders, homeowners and property managers to plan a system that fits the fixture and the space.
A practical upgrade
Two-story foyers, stairwells and tall gathering spaces make beautiful lighting difficult to maintain. A purpose-built lift can bring the chandelier down to a serviceable height using the system’s controls.
For new builds, we coordinate the lift before ceilings are closed. For replacements, we review the existing lift, fixture, support, access and electrical conditions before defining the new installation.

Our primary specialties
Coordinate lift placement, electrical supply and control locations with the builder and lighting supplier before finishes are complete.
Replace older or outdated lift systems after reviewing the existing installation. We assess the new model’s requirements, fixture compatibility, controls and access; existing mounting and wiring are not automatically reusable.
Send the current lift’s make, model, approximate age and any operating concerns. We’ll review the replacement scope and coordinate access or finish work with your builder or other trades as needed.
Each question has an answer. Tap or click a question to open it; select it again to close.
Include the address, ceiling height, fixture make and model, documented weight, ceiling or attic access, and whether this is a new-construction installation or replacement of an existing lift. Add floor-level photos of the room and fixture. Never climb or approach a damaged fixture just for a picture.
Compatibility must be checked against the specific lift’s capacity and mounting requirements. Fixture weight alone is not enough: the structure, access and lowering path also matter.
Replacing older, outdated lifts is a primary focus. Send the existing lift’s make, model and approximate age, along with fixture details and safely accessible photos. The replacement must suit the fixture, support and site; we’ll discuss any access openings or related work before starting.
Stop operating the lift, keep people clear of the area beneath it and call a qualified professional. Do not pull the fixture, bypass controls or adjust the lifting mechanism.
